1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BusinessQuick.ca, a product of Pou Technologies ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Use of Free Tools

We provide a suite of free micro-tools designed to assist Canadian businesses with standard operational tasks (such as invoice generation and tax calculation).

• The tools are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.
• While we strive to ensure tax rates and calculations are accurate according to current Canadian provincial and federal standards, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any generated documents or calculations before using them for official business or taxation purposes.
• We shall not be held liable for any accounting errors, tax penalties, or financial losses incurred as a result of using our tools.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Free Tools without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or the Free Tools.
